Good morning, everyone! After a damp night and early morning, the Met Office is forecasting broken cloud and sunny spells throughout the rest of the day. Temperatures will range from 19 to 22 degrees C, accompanied by light to moderate WSW winds.
Forest Road, between Newport and Shalfleet, remains closed following a burst water mains yesterday (Sunday). Expect traffic delays.
Sandown Road (A3056), between Blackwater and Arreton, is being closed by Island Roads today for 2 weeks of road works.
All island travel services appear to be running to schedule, as of 09.00 this morning, and there are no further reported problems with either our roads or traffic.
