If you’ve booked a taxi in advance and no longer need it, please just let us know (at least) 24 hours before your booking and we’ll waive any charge to you.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking you will be liable for the full estimated metered fare.

If your booking was made less than 24 hours before your pick-up time, the above conditions will not apply unless you did not cancel at least an hour before your booking time.

If you book a taxi and our driver arrives at your address, waits for you, and eventually has to pull away because you didn’t show up and didn’t cancel your booking, you are responsible to pay 100% of the metered fare to your destination, as well as any waiting time (up to a max of 15 minutes).

Please understand that our drivers cannot work for free and your booking prevented us from giving that time slot to anyone else.
