Good morning, everyone and our apologies for the later than normal morning summary. The Met Office is forecasting a mostly cloudy day with possible outbreaks of rain in local areas between 12.00 and 14.00. Temperatures will hover around 18 degrees throughout the day, accompanied by moderate WSW winds with gusts of up to 36mph.
As reported earlier this morning, Horsebridge Hill has now re-opened in both directions but be aware that there is a new road layout now and the speed limited has been set at 30mph until further notice.
All island travel services appear to be running to schedule, as of 09.15 this morning, and there are no reported problems with either our roads or traffic.
