Good morning, everyone! The Met Office is forecasting a mostly overcast day, with rain expected between 12.00 and 16.00 and again from 21.00 onwards. Temperatures will range from 9 to 12 degrees C, accompanied by moderate to strong SSW winds, with localised gusts of up to 52mph.
All island travel services appear to be running to schedule, as of 07.45 this morning, and there are no further reported problems with either our roads or traffic. Disruption is expected to the Hover and WightLink Portsmouth/Fishbourne ferry services as the wind strengthens.
