Friendly Cabs Receives “Communication Access UK” Accreditation

At Friend Cabs we take our responsibilities very seriously and we want to provide a completely inclusive service. Everyone who travels with Friendly Cabs will experience an equally pleasant and easy journey, and we understand that communication is key. To that end, we have now completed the Communications Access UK accreditation, allowing us to better understand and communicate with those with speech impairments and disabilities. Should you struggle in any way with communication, please be assured that all our drivers are fully educated in the CAUK T.A.L.K. principles.
