Good morning, everyone. Despite a Met Office Yellow Warning for Thunderstorms being currently in place, according to today’s forecast it looks less and less likely that it will hit the Isle of Wight. It is going to be a hot one, however, with temperatures set to fluctuate between 21 and 27 degrees C in the shade, accompanied by light NNW and WSW winds.
The following Red Funnel vehicle ferries have been cancelled today due to a technical problem with the Red Eagle:
From Southampton
05:00, 08:00, 11:00 and 14:00
From East Cowes
06:30, 09:30, 12:30 and 15:30
All other island travel services appear to be running to schedule, as of 07.30 this morning.
Friendly Cabs is open and operating normally. We wish you all a terrific Thursday! 01983 506975
