Good morning, everyone. After a very foggy start, things should begin to clear later this morning and the Met Office is then forecasting another bright and sunny day. Temperatures will fluctuate between 5 and 13 degrees C, accompanied by light SSE winds.
From the RF website:
The Red Funnel “Vehicle Ferry service currently suspended due to reduced visibility in Cowes Harbour.”
The fog is currently extremely dense here in East Cowes. If you don’t need to travel or drive it’s probably best not to until it clears later this morning.
All other island travel services appear to be running to schedule, as of 06.00 this morning, and there are no reported problems with either our roads or traffic.
Friendly Cabs is open and operating normally. We wish you all a safe and pleasant Thursday! 01983 506975
