Good morning, everyone! After a damp start it would seem that we’re in for a mostly bright and sunny Friday with temperatures between 18 and 22 degrees C, accompanied by moderate W (becoming WSW) winds.
Red Funnel expect “significant disruption” to their vehicle ferry service today. From their website:
“We are expecting significant disruption on Friday 9 August. Customers who were booked on cancelled/affected sailings have been moved to the nearest available sailings, and contacted via email and text. If you have not received an updated sailing time from us, please get in touch.”
WightLink will be running a revised/reduced timetable on its Fishbourne-Portsmouth route today due to the “absence of an essential crew member”, so please check their live status page before travelling.
