Good morning, everyone. The Met Office is promising us a rather damp and cloudy day, with rain set to fall until around 15.00. Temperatures will fluctuate between 8 and 12 degrees C, accompanied by moderate WSW (becoming W) winds. Gusts of up to 47mph are expected in some areas.
All island travel services appear to be running to schedule, as of 07.30 this morning, and there are no reported problems with either our roads or traffic.
